Return Goods

We will accept and refund any unused goods within 30 days of the date of the date that you received your order.

We can not accept returns on opened perishable goods ie: adhesive and grout. All goods must be returned in the original packaging and in a re-sellable condition. We will only accept the return of full box quantities

The customer is responsible for arranging the return of goods. You will receive a reference number and the returns address on receipt of your completed Returns Request form.

Refunds will be processed as soon as the goods are received and restocked into our warehouse. No refunds will be given on damaged goods received

How to return

1. Download the Returns Request form

2. Complete and return it to Tons of Tiles by e-mail [email protected] or by post prior to returning your product.

3. Arrange a courier to return your unused goods. The Pallet calculator will give you an indication of the cost of returning your unused goods.

Damaged goods

If you receive damaged or incorrect tiles you will need to inform us within 48 hours of delivery. If your tiles are damaged you will need to sign the delivery note as 'damaged' and provide photographs of the broken tiles for insurance purposes.

Providing the above guidelines are adhered to, damaged goods can be replaced or money refunded.
