RETURNS

Return Goods

All tiles must be returned unused, in the original packaging and in perfect re-saleable condition within 30 days of delivery. 

You are responsible for arranging the return. Once we received your return form, we will advise you of your reference number and the returns address.

Once the goods have been returned we will issue your refund back to your original payment method. Original delivery costs are non-refundable. Please allow up to 10 working days from the day the goods have been received and checked by our warehouse.

Please note, we can only refund tiles that are returned in an undamaged condition. For this reason, we recommend taking insurance with your courier.

How to return

1. Download the Returns Request form

2. Complete and return it to Tons of Tiles by e-mail sales@tonsoftiles.co.uk or by post prior to returning your product.

3. Arrange a courier to return your unused goods. The Pallet calculator will give you an indication of the cost of returning your unused goods.

Damaged goods

If you receive damaged or incorrect tiles you will need to inform us within 48 hours of delivery. If your tiles are damaged you will need to sign the delivery note as 'damaged' and provide photographs of the broken tiles for insurance purposes.

Providing the above guidelines are adhered to, damaged goods can be replaced or money refunded.
