Any damaged goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any damages in writing to sales@tonsoftiles.co.uk upon delivery and the delivery note must be signed as goods damaged. We will also refund any unused and unopened packs within 28 days providing they are in a re saleable condition. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us, we can arrange a collection by request for a collection fee.
*Shortage* No claim against Tons of Tiles Ltd for shortage on your order will be entertained unless shortage of the goods is reported in writing to sales@tonsoftiles.co.uk within two days of delivery.
